With over 20 years of proven experience in information security, cybersecurity, security architecture design, enterprise risk management, and Security compliance, Walaa is a seasoned security executive. She is the first to assume the role of Group Cyber Security Director & Chief Information Security Officer at Telecom Egypt. Since her tenure at Telecom Egypt in 2021, she has established the corporate’s information security and enhanced the cyber defence capabilities of the company. Prior to her current role, she assumed multiple security roles at Vodafone Egypt, starting from an Information and Telco Security Senior Specialist up to Cyber Security Risk & Compliance Officer. 


 

Mohamed Mazroa is a seasoned professional in the field of security and telecommunications with over 20 years of experience. He joined Telecom Egypt during the launch of their mobile service, where he created the roadmap to secure their telecom network. Mohamed successfully created a mature team structure and implemented a comprehensive security strategy for Telecom Egypt, shaping the security strategy for different domains within the telecom network.

As Telecom Security Director, Mohamed is responsible for ensuring that the telecom network remains secure against potential cyber threats, hacking attempts. 



 

Ahmed has 20+ years experience in Information Technology/Systems, Infrastructure, Project Management, Information Security, Application development/Automation, and standards/regulations, certified from Microsoft, CISCO, ISACA, ISC2, PMI, CWNP, PECB, and EC-Council. 

Currently EBC's CISO, one of the top payments & Financial institutions, prior to this Ahmed was MENAP Region's Information Security and Risk Manager in a leading International Bank, Global Security Architect Manager at one of the top Oil and Gas companies in the world as well as the CISO and CIO for a top Engineering company in Egypt and the Middle East.

 

Ahmed is digital transformation expert with 17+ years of experience in the ICT sector. Assigned various technical and commercial leadership roles in mobile radio networks, fixed connectivity services, Telco VAS, Cloud services, IoT, artificial intelligence, Big data & analytics in addition to enterprise digital solutions. Led Vodafone Business Solutions & designed the Digital Transformation strategy for Vodafone Enterprises.

Bahaa is cloud and Security Expert with a MSc of Cloud Computing and equipped with with 15 Years of IT experience diversified from Software Development, Security, devops and cloud Technologies & a part time instructor in ITI.

Bahaa worked in many Gov and Technology Service providers such as ITI, Raya Datacenter, VoIS, and last in Vodafone Egypt leading the Cloud & Security Products Services, through the years he moved from Deep technical expertise to a commercial leading function helping the Egyptian providers to adopt the cloud and advanced security services.


 

Mohamed is the OWASP Cairo chapter leader. He has a vast and deep experience in secure SDLC, code review & application threat modeling, in addition to DevSecOps and security compliance. Mohamed has several OWASP contributions; a board member of the OWASP Chapter Committee, a speaker for many cyber security events including Blackhat & "OWASP AppSec US global event" and he is the main contributor for the “OWASP application threat modeling cheat sheet”.

AlFateh is the cofounder of ZINAD IT, holding GSSP-Java, GSNA, GSEC, ISO27001 LA/LI & Lead SCADA Security Professional, in addition to many other cybersecurity certificates.
 

Ahmed is a cyber security consultant with 10+ years of experience in Cyber security In Banking and Telecom sectors. Been working in many domains such as: Threat intelligence, Vulnerability management, Data Security, security architecture design , Risk Management, Security auditing, security awareness and  Security compliance.

Ahmed is Awarded the Think Agile award across Vodafone Group 2020 and CISO rising star award 2019,2022"arab security conference and certified with CRISC,CISM,ISO 27K LA,CTIA,eWPTX, CEH, digital windows forensics, malware analysis


 

Dr. Ahmed received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from University College Dublin. He is currently a Security Researcher at Microsoft Threat Intel Center (MSTIC). His research focuses on malware analysis, reverse engineering, and threat Intelligence.








 

20+ years of experience in mega projects and operations in the middle east region within several critical infrastructure sectors and several countries in the region such as; UAE, KSA, Egypt, Qatar, Oman, Sudan, etc. Managed several ICS/OT cyber security projects within mega complex multi-billion US dollars projects and operations for Railways, Airports, Oil and Gas, Power Utilities, Water Desalination, and Distributions, etc.
